ARC READER:
ARC readers get the finished product (typically in eBook format and typically before the book has been released). They are responsible for reading the finished product and providing a review for other readers. Good AND bad reviews are encouraged so long as they are honest. While the reviews are not required, it is incredibly helpful for authors and readers to get honest opinions about the book from other readers and reviews are the primary driver as to why authors seek out ARC readers.
NOTE: Per the FTC, paying for reviews is highly illegal and therefore is NOT tolerated on IAX. No ARC reader should be requesting any compensation of any form. Find out more here.
