My background is a BA and MA in English. I served as a teacher of English to foreign language students for 6 years. I received awards and recognition for my writing while in university. I am now pursuing a career change and studying business, leadership, and marketing. I currently reside in Northeast Georgia with my husband and six children, who are all avid readers.

Born in Sweden though I've lived in multiple countries (mostly northen Europe). I'm queer, asexual and gender non-conforming / agender. I've done a lot of advocacy work mostly within my union. I'm a late diagnosed with autism and one of my special interests throughout the years have been folklore.

SENSITIVITY BACKGROUND:
LGBTQ+ is the main topic I'd consider having knowledge of. I've previously worked with my union to make new information booklets on discrimination issues specifically on gender and sexuality. I've also spoken at their congress about inclusivity language.
When it comes to disability, I do have autism and a lot of ppl in my community have neurodivergent diagnosis. But I also work with deafblindness rn, which I've read up on quite a bit.
As stated before I love folklore and I'd say mostly european folklore. I also know a lot about the Asatro (viking religion).
